Peter Karanopoulos is an Jr. Substation & Distribution Technologist at KPC Power Electrical Ltd. Peter is responsible for maintenance & repairs of substation equipment, protection & control of substations, inspections, investigations, & evaluations of equipment, as well as high voltage work up to 44kv. Previously, Peter worked as a Service Technician at 416 Automation Inc., handling wiring, upgrading & troubleshooting electrical panel of automation test machines and its devices. Before that, Peter was an Apprentice Electrician at Gen X Power Group and H2k Electrical, where Peter gained experience in residential & commercial electrical work, installation of distribution panels & services, wiring electrical circuits, and more. Peter holds an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Humber College.
