Jason Chen

Jason Chen currently serves as the BIM Practice Manager at KPF, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Jason worked as the Director of Design Technology at Beyer Blinder Belle from January 2019 to February 2020 and at HLW from December 2016 to January 2019. Jason's earlier experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies, where instruction focused on a Revit III course. Jason's career also includes significant contributions at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) as a Senior Digital Design Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed mentoring staff in BIM practices and exploring emerging technologies. Other positions held include Designer/BIM Specialist roles at Gene Kaufman Architects, URS Corporation, and CH2M HILL. Jason Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, completing studies in 2005.
