Brian Powers

Brian Powers is a Principal within the Civil Division of the KPFF Los Angeles office, Brian is a committed and effective group leader and project manager. Joining KPFF initially in 2003, Brian has exceeded expectations consistently on a range of developments in the Southern California market. The passion Brian brings to client service, team building, and quality is at the heart of his approach and success. From large high-profile projects; such as the LACMA Transformation Projects, to small community pocket parks, Brian has a diverse background on land development projects in Southern California. His experience includes transit-oriented development, mixed-use residential, sports facilities, hotel and hospitality, creative office campus, health care, civic parks, higher education, and student housing. In addition, Brian has a depth of experience with public street and infrastructure improvements, streetscapes, and multi-modal enhancements in the public realm.
