Randy Clark's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Sales for KPI Fire since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Upland Software from June 2005 to May 2020, holding the position of Director, Six Sigma Sales. Prior to Pitney Bowes, they held the position of Director Global Quality at Whirlpool Corp. from August 1997 to July 1999. In this role, they led a Baldrige-based performance excellence system and provided counsel to senior management. Randy's career at Whirlpool Corporation began in 1984, where they served as the Director of Quality. In this position, they led an internal Baldridge-based business transformation effort, improving the internal Baldrige self-assessment by 260% and receiving the Michigan Quality Leadership Award for the Whirlpool Financial unit.
