Chandan Kumar, Ph.D., is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the powertrain domain, currently working at KPIT as a Technology Leader focusing on conventional powertrain and hydrogen-fueled mobility. Previously, Chandan held senior engineering roles at companies such as John Deere, GE, and AVL, driving innovation in alternative fuels and engine development. With a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Chandan has contributed to numerous research projects and holds several patents. Chandan is passionate about mentoring future leaders and fostering collaboration between academia and the industry to promote sustainable energy solutions.
