Dhammartna Waghmare

Dhammartna Waghmare has a diverse career in academia and industry, starting as an Assistant Professor at Shri Sai College of Engineering and Technology from June 2012 to August 2018. Subsequently, Waghmare served as a Research Scholar at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology until January 2022, focusing on "Robust Control Design for Automotive Applications." This role was followed by positions as a Controls Engineer at Punch Powertrain from July 2021 to March 2025, and currently as a Sr. Technical Leader at KPIT since March 2025. Waghmare holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Instrumentation and Control from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology (2018-2025), an M.Tech in Control Systems with First Class Distinction from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (2014-2016), and a bachelor's degree from North Maharashtra University (2008-2011).
