Malathi Arumugam is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Executive at KPIT since March 2021, Malathi previously held roles as a Technical Recruiter at Mindblaze Solutions Private Limited and as an Officer in HR at Dongsung Automotive India Private Limited, where responsibilities included end-to-end payroll processing and maintenance of payroll systems. Malathi began the professional journey as a Management Trainee at JKM Automotive. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in HR & Marketing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, both awarded with First Class Distinction from Anna University.
