Manasi Patil

Manasi Patil has a diverse background in learning and development, organization development, and sustainability. They served as a Volunteer at Bajaj Rural Development Lab in 2013, where they facilitated workshops for rural communities and translated project documents. As a Fellow with Teach For India, they taught multiple subjects to elementary students and later advised fellows in pedagogy. They held leadership roles, including COO at Life-Lab, where they designed impactful training programs, and HR Manager at KPIT, focusing on leadership development and change management. Manasi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
