Manmath Kharade is a Subject Matter Expert in Hydrogen PEM Fuel Cells at KPIT, where they lead the design of mechanical systems for Fuel Cell stacks and Balance of Plant. With over a decade of experience in the research, design, and development of powertrains for fuel cell electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles, Manmath has played a pivotal role in projects that prioritize energy efficiency and sustainable transportation. They previously held roles as a Technical Lead and Sr. Design Engineer at KPIT, contributing to groundbreaking innovations in vehicle powertrains. Manmath also served as a Team Leader and Concept Designer for Team IBRIDO, where they developed an award-winning Hybrid Electric Race Car concept that earned recognition at the IDEEN EXPO 2009. They obtained their degree from the University of Pune with First Class honors.
