Nidhi is a dedicated and results-driven professional currently serving as Lead - Education and Competency Development (ECoDe) at KPIT Technologies Ltd. With over six years of experience, Nidhi has held various roles within ECoDe, progressing from Management Trainee to Analyst. Nidhi also completed an HR Generalist Internship at Pantaloons, where they focused on employee engagement and various HR functions. Nidhi earned a PGDM in Human Resources Management from MITSOT and a BBA in the same field from Khalsa College for Women.
