Sangram Kadam

Sangram Kadam is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in driving strategic initiatives and managing key accounts across Asia Pacific and Europe. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Business Leader for Strategic Initiatives and Key Accounts at KPIT since July 2023, Sangram is focused on business growth and profitability. Previously, Sangram held various senior leadership positions at Birlasoft from 2000 to 2023, including Senior Vice President for APAC and the Middle East. Sangram's career at KPIT spanned from 2000 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading business growth and strengthening relationships with strategic customers across multiple regions. Sangram also possesses strong sales management experience from the tenure at SYSTIME (now KPIT), overseeing sales across India, South Asia, and Africa. Sangram holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and an engineering degree in Electronics from the same university.
