Sharon Benny has a diverse background in marketing, recruitment, and human resources. Serving as Marketing Head at The Mercurian Times from 2018 to 2019, Sharon led the organization of the "EVOON" event, which featured an inter-college competition and a bloggers' conclave. In February 2020, Sharon joined Aurion Solutions as a Recruiter, focusing on business development, candidate sourcing, and client communication. A brief stint with Onmytap in mid-2019 involved supporting the talent team in client outreach. Most recently, Sharon worked as a Human Resources Associate at SSPL Group, gaining insights into employee engagement and recruitment processes. Currently, Sharon serves as Corp HR at KPIT while pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from ICFAI Business School Pune, following a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
