Shashikant Gaware

Shashikant Gaware is a Technical Leader in Mechanical Systems with extensive experience in design and development. They began their career as a GET in the Engineering Department at Testo Engg Works Pvt Ltd from 2006 to 2007, where they prepared proposals and manufacturing drawings. Shashikant then worked at Bekaert from 2007 to 2015 as a CAD Designer, focusing on 3D modeling, design approvals, and providing technical support for production processes. Since 2015, they have been serving as a Technical Lead at KPIT, specializing in Electric Vehicle Powertrain and Hydrogen Fuel Cell development. Shashikant earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from AISSMS COE Pune in 2006.
