Swapnila Malpathak

Swapnila Malpathak is an accomplished educator and trainer with extensive experience in soft skills development and language instruction. Currently serving as a Lead Educator at KPIT since October 2021 and as a Co-Founder of Aspire Training Solutions in Pune since May 2021, Swapnila has a rich background that includes roles at Soft Skill Trainer as a Freelance Trainer, and Gnosis Plus as a Trainer, where training for engineering college students across Maharashtra was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes positions as a French SME at Mphasis and various freelance roles in translation and training. Swapnila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and French from Fergusson College and has attended Alliance française for additional language education.
