Colleen Collins has extensive experience in technical product support and customer success within the space and maritime data sectors. Currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kpler, Colleen previously held the position of Technical Product and Customer Success Engineer at Spire after its acquisition of exactEarth Ltd, where responsibilities included onboarding clients and supporting services related to DaaS and SaaS products. Colleen's earlier roles include a Technical Product Support Specialist at exactEarth Ltd and contributions as a GIS intern at the City of Barrie, along with experience as a GIS, Mapping and Geomatics Consultant. Colleen holds an Honors Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and a Geographic Information Systems - Applications Specialist degree from Fleming College.
