Hinesh Patel

Hinesh Patel is an experienced professional in customer success and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success & Support at Kpler since October 2023. Prior to this, Hinesh held the position of Head of Customer Success at MachineMax, where responsibilities included building the Customer Success team and overseeing the customer journey to enhance retention. Hinesh’s extensive experience at FactSet spanned from September 2007 to June 2022, with roles including VP and Global Director of Customer Success for Research Management Solutions, where Hinesh managed global customer interactions and focused on seamless client journeys. Additionally, Hinesh led customer success operations across various regions, including Asia Pacific and EMEA. Hinesh’s career began at Lloyds TSB as a Project Management Support Coordinator. Educational credentials include a BSc in Information Management & Computing from Loughborough University.
