Lisa has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Lisa started their career as an Accounts Payable Accountant at a Beijing hotel group. Lisa then transitioned to become an Accounts Receivable Accountant at the same company. After that, Lisa worked as a General Ledger Accountant for two Accor hotels, where they were responsible for monthly closing work and analysis. In 2018, they joined the ASSA ABLOY Group as an FP&A Analyst, supporting the PanPan Door Group's financial reporting and monthly performance analysis. Most recently, Lisa has been working as a Finance Manager at KPM Analytics since December 2020.

Lisa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In September 2019, they also obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants.
