Abi Lawrence

Abi Lawrence has a diverse professional background with significant experience in diversity and inclusion, client engagement, and operational management. As a Diversity and Inclusion Programme Research and Policy Officer at Tech Talent Charter, Abi conducted industry research and worked on a government-funded initiative to promote D&I practices in businesses. Following this, Abi coordinated social media campaigns as a Social Media Campaign Officer, engaging various stakeholders. Abi's previous roles include Assistant Manager and Deal Advisory Analyst at KPMG, Guest Experience Leader at MedSailors, and Client Engagement Manager at Sunsail. Additionally, Abi served as a Beach Lifeguard for RNLI, enhancing communication skills through teamwork and public engagement. Abi holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Birmingham.
