Ashlee Harmon

Ashlee Harmon is an experienced Audit Partner at KPMG since October 2021 and has been with KPMG US since 2011, previously serving as an Audit Senior Manager. Ashlee's expertise includes transactional experiences such as initial public offerings, comfort letters, consents, purchase accounting for business combinations, and the implementation of SOX 404. Additionally, Ashlee has played significant roles as a representative for the DPP Audit Quality Initiative Program, pre-issuance inspections, and as a sampling specialist. Ashlee served as Audit Managing Director at KPMG from October 2019 to October 2021. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Kansas.
