Avery Johnstone is a Manager in KPMG’s Global Decarbonization Hub, where they focus on just transition research, youth engagement, and global policy. Currently, Avery leads KPMG’s Leaders 2050 program, which operates in 25 countries and connects young professionals interested in climate and ESG. Avery has been involved in extensive research on gender-based violence and climate adaptation, and has engaged with stakeholders across public and private sectors globally. They serve on the Board of Directors for Youth Climate Lab and are a Young Leader with Women Deliver. Avery's educational background includes studies in Modern Languages at King's College London and an Honours Bachelor of Arts at Queen's University.
