Brian Rubinstein, CPA, CA, is currently a Partner on KPMG's Canadian Corporate Tax team, specializing in complex tax needs for clients through strategic planning and compliance. They previously served as Partner and Tax Service Line Leader at Grant Thornton LLP, where they drove the growth of the South Alberta Tax Practice. Their extensive experience includes leadership roles in tax, treasury, and corporate finance across various companies, including PTW Energy Services, Newalta, and Tundra Oil & Gas Limited. Brian began their career with EY, focusing on assurance and tax accounting. They hold multiple qualifications in accounting and taxation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
