Candy Staples is an experienced Tax Director in KPMG’s Innovation Reliefs and Incentives team, specializing in R&D tax credits and providing clients in Financial Services with integrated services that maximize benefits. With over 15 years of corporate tax experience, Candy has managed large and complex R&D engagements across various sectors, including FTSE 100 companies and startups. Candy is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, holding a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Exeter and having completed professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Prior to their current role at KPMG, Candy held positions at EY and RSM Tenon.
