Dan Boylan

Dan Boylan is a seasoned professional in the financial crimes sector, currently serving as a Principal at KPMG since July 2022. Previously, Dan held leadership roles at Merrill Lynch as Head of Financial Crimes and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Managing Director and Global Financial Crimes Financial Intelligence Executive, overseeing critical compliance functions including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering audit activities. Dan's extensive experience also includes directorship at CIT Group Inc. and various positions at Wachovia/Wells Fargo and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Dan began a career in law enforcement as an Intelligence Analyst with Manhattan DA's Office, contributing to efforts against drug trafficking. Dan graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Criminal Justice.
