Dan Murphy is the Managing Director of M&A Tax at KPMG, having progressed through various leadership roles since joining the firm in 2021. With prior experience as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP and a Finance Intern for U.S. Senator Charles E. Grassley, Dan has cultivated a strong foundation in tax and finance. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.S. in Accounting from Iowa State University.
