Daniel Becker is the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation & Investigations at KPMG, a position held since 2019. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an Associate in Litigation, focusing on Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2014 to 2019, where they represented clients in enforcement matters and various litigation cases. Daniel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University in 2006.
