David Dempsey is currently the Director of Application Management and Delivery at KPMG Ireland, a position held since 2022. Previously, Dempsey served as the Head of EMEA Payment & Receivables Technology at Citi from 2015 to 2022 and worked as a Senior Programme Manager at FBD Insurance from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Dempsey held Programme Manager roles at both Bank of Ireland Life and New Ireland Assurance from 2004 to 2013. David holds an MSc in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College, Dublin, an MBA from Technological University Dublin, and a BSc in Computer Applications from Cork Institute of Technology.
