David Garcelan

David Garcelan is a Sr Managing Director of Tax Managed Services at KPMG, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they were a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group from 2019 to 2025, where they oversaw Firm Tax Compliance and Tax Operations and led the Luxembourg office. David's career also includes roles at PwC, where they served as a Tax Senior Manager, Tax Manager, and Tax Director focusing on various aspects of international and private equity tax. David is currently pursuing education at Universidad Nebrija.
