David Kinderman

David Kinderman is a Director in the Deal Advisory and Strategy practice at KPMG, where they have worked since 2017, bringing over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership with a focus on the life sciences industry. Prior to joining KPMG, David held positions as a Vice President of Finance and Controller at both English Equestrian Group and Viacom Outdoor, as well as a Senior Manager in Audit at KPMG LLP. David's expertise includes managing transformational engagements for SEC registrants and private companies, guiding clients through complex accounting challenges and SEC filing requirements. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University in 1990.
