Eva Gaskova

Eva Gaskova is an experienced professional specializing in change management, project portfolio management, and the recovery of troubled projects. With a robust background in management consulting, currently serving as a Senior Manager at KPMG focusing on business transformation, Eva has held significant roles at leading organizations. Previous positions include serving as a Digital Transformation Manager at ČEZ, a Certified Senior Project Manager at IBM, and an Associate Director at MSD, among others. Eva began her career at CSOB as Head of Back Office Department and Lead Project Manager, later contributing as a Board Member at J&T Banka and holding senior project management roles at GE Money Bank. Eva Gaskova holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Economics in Prague.
