Gordon Warnke

Gordon Warnke is a principal in charge of the Complex Transactions Group at KPMG and co-principal in charge of Washington National Tax - M&A Tax. With a focus on U.S. federal income tax considerations for domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, Gordon has established a prominent reputation in the field, having been recognized by various legal publications. They have served as the Second Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of the New York Bar Association Tax Section and have had leadership roles in multiple tax committees. Currently, Gordon is pursuing a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.) at Harvard Law School along with two other degrees from the University of Alberta.
