Greg Charles is a Principal at KPMG since April 2014, serving as a national technology partner for large-system implementations and leading the State of Florida Account. In this dual-focused role, Greg revitalized the account's go-to-market strategy to better address client challenges. Prior to KPMG, Greg worked at Deloitte Consulting from June 1998 to March 2014, where as a Principal, leadership of the Labor and Employment practice and P&L focused on multimillion-dollar information systems and process improvements in the Health and Human Services domain. Greg developed a business development approach that significantly increased revenues within the L&E practice. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, Finance from Asbury University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
