Grishma began the career as an Accounts Payable staff member at HCA in 2015, then held positions at Ryan & Wetmore, PC as an Accounting Intern and at George Mason University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Grishma's tenure at KPMG includes roles as a Tax Associate and Senior Associate in Ignition Tax, starting in 2019 and continuing to the present. Grishma earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University - School of Business.
