Halaina Jiménez

Halaina Jiménez is a Learning Strategist and Designer with experience in various roles, including serving as a Peer Coach at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business from 2018 to 2021, where they mentored first-year business students. They worked at KPMG from 2021 to 2023, first as a Human Capital Advisory Associate, developing learning strategies and leading client training programs, and later as a Firmwide Learning & Development Senior Associate, overseeing sector learning initiatives. In their most recent role as a Human Capital Advisory Senior Associate, they led the Business Readiness team for a SAP S/4 HANA implementation, managing key training workstreams. Halaina is currently pursuing their studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
