Heather Buser is a Tax Managing Director at KPMG, where they have worked since 2006, initially as a State and Local Tax Senior Manager with multi-state experience in property tax, income and franchise tax, as well as sales and use tax issues for various public and privately held companies. Heather earned a degree in Economics from the University of Washington between 1999 and 2003 and studied at Seattle University School of Law from 2003 to 2006.
