Holly Thomas

Holly Thomas is a Senior Director of University Talent Acquisition at KPMG, where they have developed and executed the tax campus recruiting strategy since 2012. With over 25 years of experience in the public accounting industry, including 5 years in client service and more than 20 years in full-time recruiting, they have consistently succeeded in creating national strategies and leading teams. Holly was previously a Director of University Relations at KPMG, where they managed recruiting efforts for multiple regions and promoted diversity initiatives. They hold a degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business and are recognized for their outstanding results in university recruiting and national programs.
