Hubert Raglan

Hubert Raglan is the Managing Director of Washington National Tax - Financial Institutions/Products at KPMG. Previously, Hubert served as Director at KPMG from 2019 to 2022 and was a Senior Manager in National Tax at EY from 2009 to 2019. Hubert began their legal career as a Trainee at Hogan Lovells in London and Hong Kong from 2005 to 2007, later becoming a Tax Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2008 to 2009. Hubert holds an LLB from UCL, a Diploma from Oxford Brookes University, and a Tax LLM from the University of Michigan Law School.
