Ingrid Howard

Ingrid Howard is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in executive recruiting and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Senior Talent Acquisition for One Americas at KPMG since November 2014, Ingrid leads recruiting efforts across the U.S. Ingrid has held various senior roles, including Associate Director in Human Resources with a focus on special projects and senior talent acquisition within KPMG. Prior experience includes positions at IBM as Global Executive Recruiting Partner, and consulting roles at TIAA-CREF and Time Warner Cable Inc., where Ingrid specialized in executive recruitment. Ingrid began a career in recruiting at Update Legal and later managed strategic growth at Avenue A/Razorfish. Ingrid holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law.
