Jay Sipe

Jay Sipe is a Manager at KPMG M&A Tax, where they advise clients on the tax implications of domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Jay held the position of Summer Associate at Culp Elliott & Carpenter, PLLC, The Finley Firm, P.C., and Bouhan Falligant, preparing legal memoranda and drafting various legal documents. They earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law. Before pursuing a career in law, Jay worked as a Trainmaster at CSX and as an eCorp Analyst at Sentara Healthcare.
