Jeff Dodson is a tax professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the National Tax Industry Leader for Oil & Gas at KPMG. They have held various leadership roles within KPMG's Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice since 2008, focusing on corporate taxation and advising on complex transactions. Previously, Jeff served as Director of Tax Planning & International at Celanese and as Senior Tax Manager for Merger & Acquisitions at Deloitte Tax LLP. They earned a Master's degree in Tax from the University of Denver.
