Jeffrey Phillips

Jeffrey Phillips is an experienced international trade professional with over 10 years in business development, project management, public policy, and international relations. They served as the Country Manager at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency from 2018 to 2021, leading teams in significant infrastructure development programs and coordinating with high-level government officials. Jeffrey worked as a Manager and is currently the Director for Infrastructure, Capital Projects, and Climate Advisory at KPMG, focusing on federal infrastructure funding. They previously held roles at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the United States Senate, where they engaged in trade negotiations and legislative assistance. Jeffrey is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University while also studying Political Science at the University of Denver.
