Jo Matthews

Jo Matthews is the Director of Global Culture at KPMG International, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jo served as an HR Consultant in HR Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 2007, focusing on M&A processes and various people-related projects. Jo also worked at KPMG UK from 2007 to 2018 as a Management Consultant in the People and Change practice, specializing in organization design and workforce management. Earlier, Jo began their career at British Gas as a graduate trainee in IT and held various HR roles. Jo earned a BSc in Maths, Statistics, and Operational Research from The University of Manchester.
