Joan Gutkowski

Joan Gutkowski is currently the Executive Director of Leadership Development at KPMG, a position they have held since 2015. Previously, they served as Director of Learning and Development at MTV Networks from 2000 to 2002, and held various roles in people development at Time Warner Inc. and leadership development at KPMG. Joan has also contributed to organization and management development at PepsiCo from 1997 to 2000. They are pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and hold a B.S. in Psychology and Business from the University of Scranton.
