Joan OKeefe

Joan OKeefe is currently the Associate Director of Technology Learning, where they lead client relationships for KPMG's Ethics and Compliance team and manage an offshore team of virtual classroom moderators. Joan began their career as a software instructor in the 1980s and has since held various roles, including Help Desk Analyst and Manager of Technology Learning Services at KPMG. They have extensive experience developing training materials and courses for various organizations, including Novartis and Barr Pharmaceuticals. Joan earned a BS in Mathematics from New York University.
