Joe Epstein

Joe Epstein is a Partner at KPMG, currently leading audit engagements and serving as an SEC Reviewing Partner in the Metro New York area. They have significant financial reporting experience, including a role as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of the Chief Accountant. Joe specializes in mergers and acquisitions, revenue recognition, and SEC reporting matters, with a proven track record working with multi-national public and pre-IPO entities. They hold a Masters in Accounting Information Systems from Bentley University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Joe is a CPA in New York and Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
