John Dekens

John Dekens is currently the Director of Web Services at KPMG, where they lead a product team focused on enabling M365 services and transforming business processes through Agile methodologies. Previously, they served as Senior Program Manager and Chief Resilience Officer at The DAS Group of Companies, where they implemented Omnicom's first global Business Continuity Program and led the migration to Office 365. As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Harrison and Star, they were responsible for all technology infrastructure, where they developed a collaborative SharePoint-based intranet and implemented various technology solutions to support agency growth. John also has experience as a Project and Change Management Consultant at CHANEL and as Associate Director at KPMG, where they led a major SharePoint migration.
