Jonathan Lines

Jonathan Lines is a Senior Manager and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect currently working at KPMG, where they serve as a Senior Manager - ServiceNow Solution Architect. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Lead Solutions Architect at Deutsche Bank from 2019 to 2021 and worked as a Lead Solutions Architect & Business Improvement Consultant at Six Degrees Group from 2015 to 2019. They began their career at IBM as a Technical Consultant, followed by a role as a Business Improvement Consultant at BT. Jonathan earned a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Communication Engineering from the University of Bath in 2006.
