Jonathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is currently the Associate General Counsel at KPMG LLP, bringing extensive experience as an SEC enforcement lawyer and in-house counsel at two Big 4 professional services firms. Previously, Jonathan served as Senior Counsel for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and as Assistant General Counsel at Ernst & Young LLP. They have also held positions as Senior Global Legal Counsel at EY and Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein LLP. Jonathan's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Doctor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a BA and MA in History from The Johns Hopkins University and an MSc in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics. A frequent speaker on regulatory and enforcement issues, Jonathan specializes in securities enforcement, internal investigations, and compliance programs.
