Kevin Deraney

Kevin Deraney is a Director within KPMG's Independence-Risk Management Group, having served the firm for over a decade. With a focus on auditor independence, they oversee the clearance of new and existing audit clients, particularly in asset management and SEC issuers. Previously, Kevin held various roles at KPMG, including Manager and Associate Director, contributing significantly to compliance with AICPA/SEC Independence Rules. Kevin also worked as a Technology Consultant at Tuxedo Park School and gained early experience as a Summer Intern with America's Army/SAIC. They earned a BA in Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2011.
