Krishna Prasad

Krishna Prasad is currently a Partner at KPMG India, specializing in Deal Advisory with a focus on M&A and private equity. Prior to this role, Krishna served as an Associate Partner at KPMG and held various senior positions at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP and BMR Advisors. Krishna began their career as a Staff Accountant at RSM & Co., and has extensive experience in M&A tax from previous roles at PwC India. Krishna is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed their degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and also holds credentials from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
