Lance Morton

Lance Morton is the Global Lead Partner for Growth & Strategy at KPMG US, where they collaborate with leadership teams of a major tech and communications company to align business strategy with execution. With over 20 years of experience spanning advisory, tax, and audit, they have developed deep expertise in transformation lifecycle management. Previously, Lance served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve and held various roles at KPMG and other organizations, gaining broad insights into business challenges and solutions. They are also committed to community impact, serving on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of New Jersey and previously with ArtReach in Denver. Currently, Lance is pursuing a BS in Business Administration at The Citadel and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Wake Forest University.
